How to Set Chastity Rules with a Partner

Useful rules make a shared experiment predictable while leaving both people free to stop. Start by asking what each person wants, what they do not want, and whether a device is part of the plan. Write only the rules you can actually follow.

Cover five practical decisions

  1. Consent: both people can change their minds.
  2. Key access: define ordinary keyholding and immediate removal access.
  3. Time: begin with a short trial; do not make a challenge duration a safety requirement.
  4. Care: plan removal for skin checks and cleaning.
  5. Privacy: agree on messages, photographs, and whether anyone else knows.

Write an unconditional stop rule

Pain, numbness, swelling, concerning color change, skin injury, or urinary difficulty end wear immediately. The wearer does not need to negotiate those signs. If symptoms persist or removal is difficult, seek medical help. Check the cage's release method and the Mamba size guide before the first trial.

Review the plan after a brief session and change anything that did not work. For a fuller written outline, see the contract guide; for the keyholder role, see what a keyholder does.
