Chastity Contract Guide for Consenting Adults

A “chastity contract” is a personal agreement between consenting adults, not a reason to give up the ability to stop. Keep it short and practical. It should help both people remember expectations and safety boundaries, and either person should be able to revise or end it.

What to write down

  • The purpose and limits of the experiment.
  • Who keeps a key and how the wearer can remove the cage promptly.
  • When to take it off for cleaning and skin checks.
  • How either person calls a pause or ends the arrangement.
  • Privacy rules for messages, images, and sharing with others.

Keep physical safety outside the negotiation

Agree in advance that pain, numbness, swelling, discoloration, skin injury, or difficulty urinating mean immediate removal. Seek medical care if symptoms persist or removal is difficult. Do not write penalties for stopping or requirements to continue through symptoms.

The cage still needs measured fit using the Mamba size guide. For a conversational version of these points, see setting shared rules. Revisit the agreement after the first brief trial; actual experience may reveal a boundary neither person anticipated.
