Returns, refunds & exchanges

Due to the products are used for private part, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.

However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us ASAP with 24 hours, and we'll arrange it out for you!

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept returns for custom products.

For packages lost in transit, we do not offer refunds, but will replace the order free of charge.
