Chastity Cage Maintenance Checklist

Maintenance is the inspection you perform around cleaning. Its purpose is to catch a rough edge, damaged lock, or incompatible replacement part before it causes a problem. Keep a simple checklist with the device instead of relying on memory.

Before each use

  • Surface: run a finger carefully along the inside edge and openings. Stop if a part feels rough, cracked, bent, or sharp.
  • Ring: confirm the chosen size and shape attach to this exact model. A ring from another product family is not automatically compatible.
  • Closure: test the lock or release method while the device is off the body. Keep access to the means of removal.
  • Fit: compare the selected variant with your written ring, length, and inside-width measurements.

After each use

Disassemble only as the product instructions allow. Clean each accessible part, rinse, and dry the openings, joints, and ring contact areas completely. Check for residue or wear before putting the device away. Store small keys and rings with the correct model so parts do not get mixed between families.

When to retire or replace a part

Do not keep using a component that no longer closes or releases reliably, has a rough damaged edge, or cannot be cleaned thoroughly. If a replacement is needed, use the product's compatibility information rather than matching by appearance alone. The Mamba rings collection can show current options, but the connector and selected cage model must be checked before ordering.

This checklist complements the step-by-step cleaning guide; it does not replace skin checks. Remove a cage if it causes pain, numbness, swelling, color change, or urinary difficulty. the Mamba size guide helps distinguish a worn part from a sizing problem.
