No Nut November Chastity Cage Guide

No Nut November is a voluntary challenge; a chastity cage is optional. If you add a device, its fit and care requirements do not change because of the calendar. Decide whether the cage is actually wanted and how you will stop if it causes problems.

Choose a device without an endurance goal

Measure the base ring, relaxed length, and internal width with the Mamba size guide. Inspect the selected product's package and release method. Start with a brief removable fit check instead of assuming all-day or overnight wear. A very small cage is not a stronger commitment if it creates pressure.

Plan consent and breaks

For partners, discuss whether anyone holds a key and how the wearer can remove the cage immediately. Plan regular cleaning and skin checks. Remove it for pain, numbness, swelling, color change, or trouble urinating, and seek medical care for persistent symptoms.

The challenge can continue without a device if the fit is not right. See the first-wear guide and the daily hygiene guide before deciding whether a cage belongs in the plan.
