Can You Wear a Chastity Cage Through Airport Security?
Share
Do not assume any chastity cage will pass airport screening unnoticed. Metal detectors and body scanners use different methods, and an officer may request additional screening. Rules and procedures differ by country and airport, so check the current official guidance for every route before travel.
Before you leave
Consider removing the device before screening if that is practical for you. If you choose to wear it, keep access to the release method and allow time for questions or a private screening request where the local authority permits one. A non-metal cage is not a promise that a scanner will ignore it. Never misdescribe a personal item as a medical device.
Bagged versus worn items
Rules about carrying an adult item in baggage are separate from screening an item worn on the body. In the United States, the TSA lists adult toys as generally allowed in carry-on and checked bags, while officers retain discretion at checkpoints. That does not guarantee a particular worn device will be cleared without inspection, nor does it set policy outside the US.
Long travel also changes fit and hygiene. Keep removal possible, plan skin checks, and stop wear for pain, numbness, swelling, discoloration, or urinary difficulty. See travel planning for the comfort side; check your route's current official screening rules for the legal side.
