Redness, Pinching, and Numbness: Chastity Cage Fit Warning Signs
Share
Persistent redness, pinching, numbness, swelling, unusual color change, and difficulty urinating are reasons to stop wearing a cage and remove it. Do not treat loss of sensation as an expected adjustment or keep tightening a device to prevent movement.
Where is the pressure?
At the base ring, recheck inner diameter, shape, and how it sits. At the cage tip, recheck usable internal length and width. At the junction, inspect the ring-to-cage gap and connection angle. More than one issue can occur at once; a single larger ring may not solve a short body or rough edge.
What to do now
- Remove the device promptly and check the skin and normal sensation.
- Do not put the same configuration back on over a sore or numb area.
- Compare measurements and inspect for rough or damaged contact points.
- Seek medical care if symptoms are severe, persist, or the device cannot be removed safely.
For a measured recheck, use the Mamba size guide; for a short wear assessment after the problem has resolved, use the fit-check guide. A purchase label such as “comfortable” is not evidence that an individual fit is safe.
