30-Day Chastity Challenge Guide

A 30-day challenge is a calendar theme, not a requirement to wear a cage continuously for 30 days. Agree on the purpose, the right to stop, and what a successful month means for you. The device should come off for cleaning, skin checks, and any sign of pressure.

Plan the month in stages

Before day one, measure ring, length, and inside width using the Mamba size guide and test the release method. Begin with brief, removable sessions; record how sitting, walking, and urination feel. Later sessions should happen only if earlier ones were comfortable and the care routine works. Rest days can be part of the plan.

Make the challenge adjustable

For partners, agree on check-ins, privacy, and unconditional stop conditions. For solo use, keep the same ability to change the plan. Do not use a target date to justify continuing through pain, numbness, swelling, discoloration, or urinary difficulty. Seek medical help for persistent symptoms or difficult removal.

Use the daily hygiene guide for hygiene and the first-wear guide before extending sessions. A comfortable, consensual plan is more valuable than a perfect streak.
